Can I change my plan in the subscription period？

Since your chosen plan is prepaid in order to enjoy a special discount in each plan, you cannot change your plan after order has been placed.
When do you send out the coffee after order placed?

Order placed the day will be dispatched in 3-5 business day and there after the same day every month.
Can I choose the packing?

All coffee will be packed in one-way degassing valve with 250g or 1 kg zip lock coffee bag.
How long does it take for an order to be shipped?

We always roast your coffee to order. Standard Shipping about 3-5 business days. Shipping times will vary based on the carrier.
How do we ship?

We provide S.F. Express delvery service, Door to Door, Pick-up Points or EF Lockers.
