"The Boffee Nut" comes from the mountainous, North West region of Nicaragua. These Matagalpan washed beans are shade grown at high altitudes which ensures each cup has a superior quality, balancing a unique profile of low acidity with with nutty flavour.
With a medium-dark roast, the flavours that emerge are reminiscent of a caramel - brown sugar and peanut coupled with a long aftertaste.
"The Boffee Nut" is suitable for most brewing methods, such as hand drip, espresso or french press...
