Colombia La Miranda Geisha Anaerobic Washed
This Washed Geisha like with more vibrancy than the typical washed Geisha from Colombia. It went through a 36 hour anaerobic fermentation while still in cherry before being depulped. After fermentation and depulping, the coffee was washed clean of skin and mucilage and dried slowly on raised beds for 17 days.

The ASOPEP association aides in the processing and marketing for over 250 smallholder producers, enabling them to reach a wider market, and receives premiums for quality. Internally, the association provides extensive education, and has a personal goal of providing it’s farmer members with the best quality of life for farmers in Tolima by 2030.
