This farm is located at an altitude of 2470 meters, seemingly the highest in the entire Ethiopian specialty coffee region.
Coffee produced at such a high altitude has a longer growing cycle, resulting the bean in very high density, a highly complex flavor. The drying time is also longer, and the post-harvest fermentation is carried out at very low temperatures. These favorable conditions contribute to the region's captivating coffee.
